Keep refrigerated below 5C. For use by date see front of pack Once opened consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Cool any leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within 2 hours and consume within 2 days. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry. Roast: Electric 190C 50 mins Fan 170C 50 mins Gas gas 5 50 mins. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Stand for 10 minutes before carving Carving instructions: Take a sharp knife and cut diagonally through the joint, starting at the top end. .
