Keep refrigerated below 4ºC. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date.
Prepare & Use
Oven: Electric 190C 40-45 mins. Fan 170C 40-45 mins. Gas 5 40-45 mins. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until juices run clear and there is no pink meat.

Take extra care when barbecuing, If possible cook first and barbecue to finish. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooked.

Family Favourite
The whole family loves this dish. We have it with the prepared mediterranean vegetables and baby potatoes roasted in basil infused olive oil. The smells coming out of the kitchen when cooking reminds us all of our holidays in the med and results in a great family meal which looks as if a lot more effort went into the cooking!.

Flavoursome moist chicken
The Wensleydale goes really nicely with the chicken and helps ensure it stays tender.

moistest chicken ever!!
Cannot agree with reviewers who found this chicken dry. I have had this countless times and it is always very moist with loads of juices from the meat after cooking that you can pour over it! Even without doing that, it still wouldn't be dry anyway! It's gorgeous and one of our absolute favourites!

Delicious and tender chicken. 2 packs fed 6 ladies with some pasta, salad and pitta bread, so not sure one pack would feed 4.
