The story
James & Julie took redundancy from the rat race. Being total foodies while having busy careers, it was practically impossible to source convenient food with the quality of a home cooked meal.
Little did we know that the desire to fill this gap would bring us where we are today! The philosophy was simple: Produce a range of cuisines from around the world.

Storage

Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze if allowed to thaw.

Prepare & Use

For something different, try adding sliced banana to the dish during cooking.
Manufactured in a factory where nuts & sesame seeds are used

Cooking Instructions - General
For best results, cook from frozen.
If not kept frozen, eat on day of purchase.
These are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary in performance. Select the appropriate time for your oven.

Oven cook - From Frozen
Electricity 200°C, 35-40 mins
Gas Mark 5, 35-40 mins
Remove sleeve & pierce film lid.
Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.

Microwave - From Frozen
Cat B - 650w, 4 mins, Rest 1 min, 4 mins
Cat E - 800w, 3 mins, Rest 1 min, 3 mins
Remove sleeve & pierce film lid.
Microwave on full power for the required time.
Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving
