7% is better than 2%, but...

piano4solihull is right - only 7% almonds. However, the Blue Diamond one recently launched in the UK only contains 2% almonds, with the creaminess no doubt provided by the tapioca starch and flavourings. On the other hand, Almond Breeze is at least made with spring water, unlike this one. Basically, we're buying packets of water with a little bit of solid matter mixed in. How about some freeze dried soya milk so we can add our own water?

Pencil sharpenings

Awful product. Tastes like how I imagine pencil sharpenings would taste. Almond Breeze is another brand of unsweetened almond milk I have bought in another big UK supermarket - it is absolutely delicious and much cheaper than this one - gets 5 stars from me! I won't be wasting my money on this one again.

7% almonds and the rest........

Nice but you are better off finding a cheaper milk source as only 7% almonds.... and 0.9% protein! not worth it

lovely

me and my husband recently started the paleo diet and this is our alternative to milk, i love it in smoothies, tea & coffee, great taste and still sweet
