Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. For use by date see lid. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
For best results microwave. Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove lid and place loosely on top of pot. Place pot on a microwaveable plate. Stir halfway through heating. Allow to stand on the plate for 2 minutes after heating. Check that food is hot. If not, heat for a further brief period. Preheat oven. Empty contents of pot into an ovenproof dish. Cover dish and place directly on oven shelf in centre of oven until piping hot. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, gas 5 for 20-25 mins.
