Too high in sugar

Although this smoothie boasts 'no added sugar', sugars are found naturally in unsweetened fruit juices. In fact one packet contains over 13 grs of sugar. The UK government recommendation for children age 4 to 6 is a maximum of 19 grs of 'free sugars' daily. So perhaps not as healthy for kids as the advertising suggests?

organic treat on the go

My kids like these in their lunchboxes and on days out. We stick to organic food and its hard to find organic treats when out and about so i pop a couple in my bag. In summer i freeze them and they double up as cool packs for the cool bag or lunch box and they have defrosted by the time they are ready to eat them.
