Five Stars
Seriously addictive. It's just hot enough without taking away from its very tasty flavour.

deliciously fruity!
This sauce is just incredible! Very hot so you can't have too much of it, but the flavour is incredibly fruity. Goes amazingly with a fry up!

A top favourite
I often add this to food that tastes bland or when I feel like really, because I love the taste, especially of the Scotch Bonnet peppers.

Thick type - and good value for money
This is a tick type of hot sauce, with bits in it, but it isn't sweet. It's very good value for money and my personal favourite. But be aware, the opening is very large, so if pouring into food when cooking it's very easy to get too much.

Hoppin' John
This is a traditional dish from the American South. Variation Spicy Hoppin' John- For extra spice, add a good pinch of Cajun or Creole seasoning in step 4. Add a 400g can of chopped tomatoes at the same time to make the dish go further.

Chuck It On Everything
That's right. It's great with anything bland. Makes it... hot and tasty instead. Simple.
