Raclette, a semi-hard cheese made in France from pasteurised cow's milk
Raclette is a very popular dish in France and very appreciated because of its social nature: meltingly tasty, this cheese is eaten hot on potatoes, accompanied with cured meat and various salads and pickles. It is also delicious with everyday vegetables or in sandwiches, either cold or hot. Prepared in the oven, it is ideal on jacket potatoes or toast, due to its creamy and fondant texture, its fruity taste and its golden colour after cooking.

do not miss this occasion

The only real question is tartiflette (with roblochon )or raclette? Both!!!!! Winter is long Not cheap but worth it...........

Recommended by a French customer

As a French expat in the UK I'm thrilled to be able to find raclette cheese especially as it's a famous brand. I recently bought 6 of those to benefit from Ocado's special offer and froze what I didn't use (don't be scared, it does work!). Not cheap but price in line with other websites, plus it's not like you have a raclette party every week - although I wouldn't mind! Thank you Ocado.

At last

We have been waiting for Raclette cheese for some time. Although expensive it is such a pleasure when melted and it is presented already sliced. Thanks Ocado!
