Really do need to ripen
We like bananas firm, but these are inedible for quite sometime after purchase and do not always ripen well. If you eat them too soon you will regret it!

perfect timing
I buy these bananas every week to eat the following week as I find that ripe bannas last approx 2 days before my family will not eat them, this way we get no waste. The only downside is that I dont get to make banana cake because you really need over ripe bananas to make good cake and they are always gone.

One more please.
The bananas are fine. I'm a silly sausage and I always try to eat one the day after they arrive, which leaves a most unpleasant sensation in my mouth. Reminds me of an old girlfriend. Can't complain, they are "ripen at home" and they do last a week nicely, I've been buying them every week and they've always been good. But I like to eat a banana everyday and I do my shopping once a week, so 6 in a bag is not quite enough, is it.
