Always substituted

Over the past 3 months, whenever I ordered the organic bananas they were substituted with the non-organic version 9 out of 10 times... and I placed an order twice a week, so that is a lot of times. I dont know how Ocado can advertise these bananas as in stock on its website, and then consistently replace them in my orders. I contacted Ocado regarding this matter but was given a very unsatisfactory standard copy and paste reply about products occasionally being unavailable - what an understatement! Needless to say I am now shopping for organic bananas elsewhere.

Lovely bananas!

These have a nice taste, are always just before ideal ripeness when they arrive, which I prefer. They are not massive in size, which is also better for me, the right snack size, or to share with the baby.

sort out your bananas please Ocado!

Honestly, if there's one thing that frustrates me about Ocado it's the quality of the bananas! I've tried them all and can't say I've had a good batch - they're either not ripe and don't ripen or go brown v quickly and are tasteless.

Lovely

Really lovely bananas, nice size and last a good 5 days before starting to go brown i keep mine in the fridge so they last a little longer.

Good bananas

These were firm and very tasty bananas. None of them were green on delivery and no signs of brown 4 days later. I will definitely be buying these again.
