Tasty
Slightly green, perfect for ripening in the fruit basket and delicious within a couple of days. They do however bruise quite easily.

Ripeness is random but they're good.
You can never be sure if you're going to get ripe yellow ones with a few dark spots on the skins or the totally green ones. Whichever you get, they always end up tasting very good when they get to the right stage, and they have the bonus of being a nice small size. If you need ripe bananas straight away I would go to the shop to choose some rather than relying on chance, which is what you do when buying these, but in the grand scheme of things they are good.
