The best olives in a jar.
These olives are better than I imagined. They still have some bite to the texture, and the taste is wonderful, esp with the feta cheese inside. I'm not keen on olives on brine at all, so these are a real gem. It says on the front label that they are 'with extra virgin olive oil' which I took to mean that they were IN olive oil, and this would be useful to make a salad dressing, as suggested on their label. However, the oil is 3/4 sunflower oil, so I will be throwing it away. Sunflower oil is highly processed, and high in Omega 6, and therefore not good for you. If they were in pure olive oil, this product would have got five stars, as I could have used it to make salad dressings.
