best cooking oil
this oil gives better roasting and frying results than more conventional vegetable oils.

There are very many versions of chocolate chilli chicken, but I chose to include this one as it's fantastically quick and easy to make. I can't promise it's authentic, but it does have the wow factor, and the Venezuelan chocolate adds a deep rich glossy finish and flavour.

Crispy roast potatoes with no strong taste
Since Ocado inexplicably stopped selling Goldenfields Rapeseed Oil, I've been on the hunt for a healthy oil with no strong taste because I don't usually like the taste of Olive Oil. This is perfect, it has barely any taste at all. Makes superb crispy roast potatoes and is healthy too.
