Fivemiletown Creamery is a farmer owned co–operative. For over over a hundred years our master cheesemakers have been using the purest milk, from our herds that roam the lush pastures of the Clogher Valley, to make our award winning cheeses.

Fivemiletown Creamery is able to produce a range of cheeses to suit a wide range of tastes. This cheese has 33% less fat than normal cheddar, but we mature if for longer to maximise the flavour. It is creamy and rich and great for people wanting a healthier option but not wanting to compromise on flavour.

wet and slimy

On opening this was very wet and slimy and had briny water lying in the bottom of the pack YUK. a shame as the mild cheddar and their butter is excellent

Not bad at all

This is actually a decent low fat cheddar - much better than some other brands. Has a nice strong taste too. Can be a little moist and crumbly but don't let that put you off. Try it and you'll be surprised.

Very wet item

I was very disappointed when I opened the pack to find a very wet cheese. The bottom of the pack had quite a lot of yellowish liquid and I had to air the cheese and dry the sealable pack. Not what I expected at all. I only found this out after the refund period had elapsed!

lovely mature cheddar that we all kept picking at...! definitely going to buy it again even my ultra picky mum enjoyed it.
