A Wither Hills Pinot Noir Marlborough 2010 makes a nice pairing with Fivemiletown Mature Cheddar. It is richly flavoured and has a fruity intensity which goes perfectly with the maturity of Fivemieltown Mature Cheddar.

Irish Cheese
I love this it has a great taste ..

Absolutely awful
Like rubber. Truly awful cheese. I am extremely wary if the 5 star reviews. Some feel like the same person. Disgusting taste and feel. Avoid

Not impressed
This had all the texture of plastic! I expect mature cheddar to have some crumble but instead it stuck to the cheese plane and felt really naff. Won't buy again.

Wonderful!
The best cheddar I've had for years. Not crumbly, but creamy and elastic, so it doesn't break up if you use a cheese slicer

Superb
I've always disliked mature cheddar as being too salty and with a tang that was unpleasant. This is mature cheddar that has lots of flavour but is very creamy too with no apparent saltiness. Delicious.
