Product Description
Since 1896, Ballyrashane has been producing award-winning butter near the Giant’s Causeway, a United Nations World Heritage Site, on the picturesque North Coast in Northern Ireland. With its heavy rains and mild climate, the rich and verdant pastures of the North Coast are home to one of the best dairy regions in the British Isles. This helps give the butter its distinctive quality and unmistakeable flavour.
Salted butter is ideal for spreading on toast and scones.

Good Qaulity Product
I found this a really good product. The fact that it is also a larger pack size was also very useful when it came to cake baking and making lots of butter cream. It did not take so long to go soft compared to other brands, which is very helpful.

nothing special
Useful to have butter in a larger pack but I didnt think this was anything special, certainly not up to the standard of continental butters. Rather a yellowish appearance. And housewives choice is a bit sexist isnt it?
