mostly lettuce
This could have been reasonable if there was more carrot, pepper, and tomato/cucumber added - but there was hardly any. Did not like the addition of sweetcorn. Not a lot of flavour in the lettuces, but these "designer" lettuces such as Radichio rarely have any. At least there was not too much Cos lettuce. Waitrose and M&S versions are better.
