Great flour!

I make my bread by hand every week and this flour produces excellent results. I wouldnt buy anything else

The best!

This is honestly the best bread flour I have ever bought. I always used to buy specialist 'premium' bread flour, but since trying this one I haven't looked back. It produces consistently tasty and well risen bread.

Great flour

Have used this flour for some time now after switching from the more expensive Canadian flour. Honestly cant tell the difference and this one is much more reasonably priced. Used in a bread machine I have had reliable results every time. Really nice to combine with the wholemeal version for a slightly healthier loaf. Whole family love it.

Fluffy bread

This flour makes fantastic bread in the bread machine. I had been using the Waitrose Organic flour but switched to this. Everyone in the house prefers this one.
