Good but not perfect

I would have given it 5 stars, but my husband said the cheese was waxy and not tasty enough. However, we are used to Davidstow 6 which is a really top notch cheddar and not cheap, and I guess you can't expect that. I think this is a good, simple veggie sandwich with plenty of cheese and properly sliced tomato. For once there was enough mayo! The bread was excellent, and I would certainly buy it again for myself.
