Unexpectedly satisfying
It's nice to have as a quick healthy standby in the cupboard. It looked a bit unpromising but was subtly flavoured and not too salty. It is only 303 calories though so if you're hungry you will need fruit or a yogurt to fill you up afterwards!

healthy and easy
i find it very practical to have these in my cupboard... as they are dried, they last a long time and can be stored as a nutritious emergency food for when you have no time/energy for cooking healthily... practical to take to work as well, no need for a microwave, just add boiling water. in terms of the taste, this one is MUCH nicer than the quite bland asparagus and sweetcorn quinoa pot. No, it's not delicious but it is less than 300 calories, what do you expect???
