favourite hot sauce so far
This splendid sauce is the best we've tasted from Ocado, so tasty that we're struggling to resist drinking it from the bottle. Its moderate heat is complemented by a fantastic sweet and sour tang which never becomes sickly. Works as a condiment or ingredient, though for the latter you'll need a few teaspoons' worth to make an impact in a big dish. Looking forward to trying their other varieties.

Want the "Original Buffalo Wings" Taste?
If you've ever been to the US and enjoyed a big bowl of spicy buffalo wings, then this is the sauce to get if you want recreate that sensation. Simply roast the wings (excellent wings available from Ocado!) at 210'C for an hour with a bit of salt&pepper; GENTLY heat this sauce in a small pan, melt in a good knob of butter, then dip the cooked wings in one by one to coat, and serve on a hot plate with celery and blue cheese sauce...the memories of your US trip will come flooding back!
