Prepare & Use

Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.

Pan Fry
40 minutes
Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Place the meat into the pan and cook for 4-6 mins until browned. Add choice of sauce or stock, bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer gently, stirring occasionally for the remaining time until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat

Gorgeous!

I love this pork mince, have bought it when on offer and when not on offer. It does not smell and is not oily. Lovely!

Love this health conscious minced pork.

I always use this health conscious minced pork when I cook Chinese Ma Po Tofu, spicy pork and tofu. Normally, I do not like the distinctive smell from minced pork or pork products but this minced pork doesn't smell at all.

Perfect pork mince

Good quality mince, and it's nice that it's both free range and not too fatty. Great as pork patties or a thai-style minced pork stirfry with chilli and basil.

Great mince and great price for free range, pack is smaller than usual packs of mince but thats perfect for feeding a smaller family!
