Prepare & Use
Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Grill:
Preheat grill.
Place under grill for 7-8 minutes, turning during cooking.
Pan Fry:
Remove all packaging.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan, add steak, fry for 4-5 minutes, turn during cooking

Good quality
I buy this gammon regularly and have never been disappointed with the quality, which is consistently good. Pan fried in 5 minutes, the gammon is tender and moist. Recommended!
