Once opened, reseal and place in an airtight container and store in a cool place, refrigerator or deep freeze to prolong its freshness
Prepare & Use
Grind the coffee beans to suit the equipment being used.
- Medium Ground: cafetières, percolators, conas and jugs.
- Fine Ground: filter machine, filter cones.
- Very Fine Ground: espresso machine, stove top espresso pot.
We recommend 1 rounded dessertspoonful of ground coffee per cup for normal strength coffee. This may be adjusted according to taste.
Only grind the required amount of coffee for immediate use

Love these beans, just spent a week in France and took these beans with us because they are really reliable.

Average
Strongly flavoured coffee. Disappointing aftertaste. Beans smell great - but that's not what I buy coffee beans for.

Good for morning espresso/cappucino
Strong but smooth, rounded coffee with no bitter aftertaste. Recommend storing in freezer once open & grinding just before use

Great flavour
I grind fresh beans and use a manual milk frother and a normal cafetière to make my own cappuccino each morning. The smell of the beans is delightful and the coffee has a full bodied but well rounded flavour. I keep the pack sealed with some sticky-tape in the fridge to stop the beans from losing their oils and flavour.
