Keep refrigerated below 5°C. For use by date see lid. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month.
Prepare & Use
Microwave from Chilled. 650W, 5 mins. 750W, 3.5 mins. 850W, 3 mins.
Microwave from Frozen. 650W, 8 mins. 750W, 8 mins. 850W, 7 mins.
Microwave ovens vary. Break tab on rim of lid using the end of a spoon and remove lid. Lay the lid back on the pot and place the pot on a microwaveable plate. Stir half way through heating time. Allow to stand for two minutes after heating time. Check food is piping hot. If not, heat for a further brief period.
Hob: 4-5 minutes. Empty contents into a pan. Heat gently stirring occasionally, until piping hot.
Stir before serving. Do not reheat once cooled

The most gorgeous carbonara sauce
This by far beats any I have ever tried. I have bought it several times now and shall keep on buying it because its so thick, very tasty and there is plenty of meat.

Delicious
As good as, if not better than, the carbonara sauce I tasted in the restaurant of a 4 star Italian hotel I recently stayed in! Just the right amount of bacon, and the sauce is lovely and creamy. Carbonara is my all time favourite meal and this sauce is the best I have found in the UK to date.

this is the best shop bought carbonara i have ever tried. easily serves a family of four and a hit with everyone. delicious!
