Storage
Keep chilled 0-4ºC.
Prepare & Use
Oven Bake: (Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gask Mark 7 for 20-30 min). Pre-heat oven. Place on baking tray in centre of oven. Check food is piping hot, if not reheat for further brief period.
To Grill (12-15 min). Pre-heat grill. Place on grill tray, turning during cooking. Check food is piping hot, if not reheat for further brief period.
To pan fry (10-17 min). Heat 1tblsp oil in frying pan. Add fish. Cook on high heat to brown, turn to brown other side, reduce heat. Check food is piping hot, if not reheat for further brief period.

best meal
We very much enjoy this cod, it's extremely tasty, fresh and makes a wonderful meal. We order them every week. Highly recommended.

Too big for me
Ok so it was too big a portion for me but the fish was lovely, great big flakes. No cooking instructions on the pack but experience comes into it then. For big appetites.

Better than pre packed shop cod fillets
After reading the reviews for this breaded cod I had to try some, it was lovely. Nice size portions and flaky cod inside not mushy proper cod like you get from the chip shop but in breadcrumbs instead of batter. Really liked these and will buy again.
