The best
I have tried all of the frozen roast potatoes and these are by far the best. Crispy, fluffy inside, very nice tasting. For best results, defrost a couple of hours in advance and cut the larger pieces, which can be enormous, to the same size as the smaller ones. Then everything cooks at the same speed and the results are more crispy.

Really Good!
I roasted these potatoes in duck fat and they were amazing. Completely homemade tasting and no-one knew I cheated! They were crunchy, fluffy and did not taste like a frozen potato. I do recommend roasting them with duck/goose/oil.

Excellent cheat!
Just plonked them in with the roast chicken for the last 45 mins or so and they soaked up all the chicken flavour. Very crispy and incredibly popular with my family. Nobody could tell they were frozen..
