Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry.
Oven Cook
Electric (200ºC): 30-35 mins
Fan (180ºC): 30-35 mins
Gas (gas mark 6): 30-35 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting dish, brush with oil and place in oven until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Grill
25-30 minutes
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place on a grill tray, brush with oil and season. Score deeply and grill turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Do not reheat once cooled

Great
Good quality meat without any of the usual water filler. Roast them on a high heat for an hour with some garlic, herbs and spices. Crispy, tasty and brilliant.

Dreadful
These are really unpleasant. Their appearance is offputting to begin with and when roasted the meat has at least some very tough and stringy parts. They have been rather slashed than butchered with sharp pieces of bone. And because they have little flavour I wouldn't even put them in casseroles or curries. I'd guess that these have been frozen for too long. No way to economise.
