Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

Prepare & Use

Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry.

Pan Fry
6-8 minutes
Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan, add chicken, cook on high heat to seal, turn and seal other side, reduce heat until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Suitable for stir fry.

Grill
10-12 minutes
Remove all packaging. Place on a grill tray, brush with oil, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.

Do not reheat once cooled

Great for kids

These individually frozen little mini chicken fillets are perfect for kids. My children won't eat a whole chicken breast so this is a perfect size portion for them. They defrost in minutes in the microwave and cook in just a few more minutes in the pan with a bit of butter. Yum!
