Oven cook from frozen.
Oven Cook (from frozen)
Electric (220ºC): 25-30 mins
Fan (200ºC): 25-30 mins
Gas (gas mark 7): 25-30 mins
Preheat oven. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Turn half way through cooking.
Chefs tip
Use a large baking tray and ensure the wedges are evenly spaced to allow the heat to circulate around each piece, resulting in the best crisp texture. These wedges are great for dipping

Lovely
These wedges are brilliant, they are all a reasonable size, the coating is lighter and the top notes are subtle but it goes well with most foods without over powering them.

Ok, but variable seasoning
Some bags of these taste great, others are so light on the seasoning that you'd think they'd forgotten it.

Chunky wedges
Been buying for a few weeks now and they are really nice. Big chunky wedges, not too spicy and not oily like some brands. Not had any bad ones either which is good, having switched from another brand for that reason.
