For best results microwave from frozen.
Microwave Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid in several places. Place tray on a microwaveable plate. Peel back film lid and stir halfway through heating & re-cover. Check food is piping hot. If not re-cover & heat for a further brief period. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
B/650W - 5 1/2 mins
D/750W - 5 mins
E/850W - 4 1/2
To oven Cook
Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid in several places. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Remove from oven on baking tray, stand for 2 mins before serving.
Electric - 180ºc - 30 mins
Fan - 160ºc - 30 mins
Gas - Mark 4 - 30 mins

no thanks
i oven cooked this alongside another meal according to packet instructions....parts of this were still frozen whereas the other meal was cooked perfectly...even after i had got this one to temperature, it was not very nice...the cottage pie was much nicer.

Very tasty
A very tasty spaghetti Bolohnese. My toddler son cleans the plate. I personally like them too. Very garlicky though!
