Keep Frozen. 3 star/4 star freezer, until best before date. 2 star freezer, up to 1 month. 1 star freezer, up to 1 week. For best before end date see front of pack.
Prepare & Use
Oven cook from frozen: Preheat oven. Place frozen potato rostis onto a baking tray and cook in centre of oven. Turn once during cooking. Electric 220C 20-22 mins, Fan 200C 20-22 mins, Gas gas 7 20-22 mins. Do not reheat once cooled.

As good as they say
I love rosti,but it's a bit of a palaver to make them fresh & those triangular ones are awful. I tried these on the strength of other peoples' reviews & I'm glad I did. They are quite morish.

Very tasty. Excellent alternative to chips. Easy to cook so it's ideal for mid week suppers.
