4 Salmon tail fillets from Select Farm salmon, farmed in locations carefully chosen for their highly oxygenated, fast flowing tidal waters.
Each fillet individually wrapped in a microwave steam bag.

Omega 3 oils are essential to health and well-being. Nutrition experts recommend eating 2-3 portions of fish a week, one of which should be an oily fish such as farmed Scottish salmon, rich in Omega 3 long chain fatty acids believed to improve heart health and brain function. Each fillet is carefully trimmed, leaving the skin on to retain the nutritional benefit and succulence during cooking.

Preparation
Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils afer touching raw fish.
For best results microwave from frozen
Microwave (from frozen)
- For 1 fillet
B 650W - 3 mins
D 750W - 2 mins 50 secs
E 850W - 2 mins 40 secs
- For 2 fillets
B 650W - 4 mins 40 secs
D 750W - 4 mins 20 secs
E 850W - 4 mins
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook.
Remove from outer packaging. Do not remove salmon from steam bag. Place on a microwaveable plate, bag printed surface upwards. Stand for 2 minutes after cooking. Carefully remove from bag and serve.
Oven cook (from frozen)
Electric (180ºC) - 20-25 mins
Fan (160ºC) - 20-25 mins
Gas (gas 4) - 20-25 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging including individual steam bag. Place salmon on a baking tray in centre of oven

Good size & quality fillets
Even sizes, large enough for husband but not too large for children, separate packaging is helpful when youdon't want to cook all 4 fillets together.

Perfect!
These fillets are perfect for a small household. Individually wrapped and you take leave whatever you don't need in the freezer for another day. No waste. And although frozen, comes out really nice.

Excellent tasty salmon
These individually wrapped fillets are brilliant for the freezer. As they cook in a couple of minutes from frozen they're a great standby for a quick meal. The fillets are succulent and tasty as they cook in their own little packets.
