Electric (200ºC): 35-40 mins
Fan (180ºC): 35-40 mins
Gas (gas mark 6): 35-40 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging except foil tray. Brush lid with beaten egg or milk. Place in the centre of oven and cook until piping hot throughout and pastry is golden brown

Never disappoints

We like these pies. Not five star as not what you'd get if you made yourself or had one in a pub...

Rather tasteless and watery

I guess for a frozen pie it wasn't awful. However, there was relatively little filling and what there was was watery and fairly tasteless. A real let down.

Variable

The filling is OK, somewhat lacking in seasoning but the main problem is the variable amounts of filling. In the pack the one had lots and the other had three pieces of meat.

Lovely pastry with a good filling of meat and the sauce was gorgeous.

Really tasty

Love these pies. Nice pastry- yes, the bottom does go soggy but I kind of like that. Lots of gravy and good tender meat- not loads of pieces, but figure that's better for my health anyway.
