Cooking Instructions:
Pan Fry:
Remove all packaging. Heat 1tbsp of oil in frying pan, add burger. Cook on high heat to seal, turn and seal other side. Reduce heat and cook thoroughly for 17-20 minutes until juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Grill:
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging and place on grill tray. Grill on medium heat turning regularly. Cook thoroughly for 15-18 minutes until juices run clear and there is no pink meat.

Just raw beef
Yes they do have some fat, yes it needs seasoning and dont overcook them or they end up like bullets. I really like that they did not add anything to the beef mince. Done right they are tasty and an easy meal.

Tasty but smelly
I grilled these from frozen. They has a strong beefy taste and a fine texture, with no gristle. A moderate amount of fat came off them. The downside is that the fat stank like rancid dripping - nothing like a fresh burger. Overall, given the price, I would rate these a fair buy, but I wouldn't offer them to guests. Maybe they would be better on the barbie?

The real beef burger
These are plain simple beef burgers without onions which my husband & I can't take, or too much spice - a real find, and a staple in my freezer for dinner once a week!! They do shrink quite a bit and quite a lot of fat comes out of them, but they are perfectly decent slabs of meat.

A good buy
I have been looking for real burgers with no dairy or gluten in them for ages and here they are - taste is beefy so long as they are not overcooked. They smell like real beef and the texture and taste are good too. Easy to eat and we had to stop from having a second helping. My family really enjoyed them and I will continue to buy them so long as they dont mess them up with any additions such as gluten and milk products. If they do then I will stop buying and go back to making my own again. Sooo.... if you are looking for a juicy, tasty burger that stays in one piece and is tasty and yummy and a reasonable price too try these.
