Prepare & Use
Instructions:
Shake well. When new press the button firmly a few times to activate spray. Spray with a rapid sweeping motion over clean, dry, unheated cooking surface - allow about 4 sprays per 10" frying pan. Bring utensils to full cooking temperature before adding food.
Tips:
When shallow frying use a slightly lower heat than when using conventional oil. Line oven trays /bakeware with foil (spray on foil).
If spray performance becomes poor, turn nozzle 1/4 to 1/2 a turn and try again.
Usage suggestions:
- Lighter chips & roast potatoes: Peel and cut as usual, parboil, transfer to foil lined tray sprayed with FryLight®, spray food and bake in a hot oven. Spray once during cooking.
- Yorkshire pudding: Keep pre-sprayed tin hot on stove before adding batter.
- Meats: Spray directly on meats before grilling to prevent sticking

Excellent for Diets
No, this isn't like olive oil, but it is designed to be a very low fat alternative, and it works. It is sin free on Slimming World, and has been an invaluable aid to healthy eating. I still use olive oil on salads, but for jacket potatoes, home-made oven chips and general frying I find it excellent.

Horrible!
Threw this away almost immediately. The smell from the alcohol content alone is horrid and it is not suitable for eating on salads etc. - not like olive oil at all.

Great low fat alternative if trying to slim
Yes it's not REAL OLIVE OIL but it's great for shifting those pounds! If you spray a baking tray with Fry Light then sprinkle on chipped spuds or chipped sweet potatoes, spray with Fry Light again, and stick them into the oven on high for 30-40 min, you will have guilt-free chips!

Smaller than before for the same price
I buy some Frylight about twice a year, but I felt completely cheated when in my last delivery I saw that the size went down from 250ml to 190ml for the same price.
