Delicious

Great flavour - somewhere between honey and golden syrup, but much healthier than refined sugar. We love it on yoghurt and fruit and on pancakes.

We love this!

We have this with plain yoghurt everyday. Much nicer than honey and lower GI so a healthier option.

Delicious

This is a lovely product. I love it to sweeten coffee, or on porridge or cereal. In fact I use it in place of sugar in many recipes. Much nicer flavour than honey more subtle, plus it doesn't crystallise in my cold kitchen like honey does. All-round winner! Would be nice to see it a little cheaper, though.

Bircher muesli with almonds and agave syrup

Bircher muesli with almonds and agave syrup

Bircher muesli was invented by a Dr. Bircher in his Zurich clinic. It’s an easy way to get a really good, slow energy releasing breakfast with both complex carbs (the oats), natural sugars (agave and apple), good bacteria (the yoghurt), and finally the all important protein (the nuts). During the summer months I much prefer it to porridge and I top it with everything from blueberries to mango. By Sophie Michell

Pomegranate, papaya, raspberry and mint yoghurt bowl

Pomegranate has been everyone’s favourite super food for a while, and what’s not to love. It’s pretty, packed full of antioxidants and tastes good. Papaya is also a super food, so this is a very healthy way to start your day with a little sunshine. By Sophie Michell
