Mystified by other reviews...
I was so disappointed with these. I usually home-roast Ocado red peppers in olive oil and end up with mouth-watering peppers - delicious as a side dish or to add to other recipes. I thought I'd try these to save my time and really wish I hadn't. They are somehow both bitter and bland - I will have to use them up in cooking as they're certainly not enjoyable enough to eat on their own. Never again...

Great product - very handy
These peppers are very versatile and tasty. I use them for tons of things from salads to pastas and adding tang to bakes. They are also great stuffed.

Boring
The vinegar was stronger than the pepper flavour. Rinse first.
