GAIL's Three Seed Spelt Bread
Hugely healthy, our Three Seed Spelt Bread combines ancient spelt – a more nutritious ancestor of modern wheat – with a nutty blend of sesame seeds, poppy seeds and sunflower seeds that run through every slice. On top, you’ll find nigella seeds and fennel seeds too for an extra crunchy and colourful crust.

GAIL's believes in the art of honest breadmaking. We start with just four simple ingredients: flour, water, salt and yeast, and we never add artificial colours or flavours. Instead, we seek out the best ingredients from where they're best, whether it's hand-peeled Bramley apples from Britain, single source unsalted butter from France, or plump juicy olives from Mediterranean groves. All our loaves are made by hand too, so we never need to add the stabilisers and preservatives that are an unavoidable fact of industrialised bread.
Our selection of classic and globally-inspired artisanal breads includes a range of sourdoughs made from 15-year old wild yeast starters. Allowed to rise slowly and naturally, these loaves take 48 hours to make and possess a mature taste and character that a mechanically processed loaf couldn't hope to match.

I love the seeds. We use this for the kids' lunch boxes. Great with humus.

Really tasty bread.
Whilst this loaf is quite small, it would suit a single person, or a couple, and lasts for a few days. It is however, worth the money as it is really tasty and goes with anything. One of the tastiest loaves I've bought in a long while.

very nice
followed other reviewers advice and kept within the paper bag but then placed this inside a freezer bag and stored on top shelf of the fridge and ate the whole loaf over 3 days and really enjoyed the different flavour of the seeds. Will buy again.

Tasty Bread
I particularly love the fennel seeds in this bread, I use it for toasting with honey and its delicious, probably too dense for sandwiches though.

Three Seed Spelt Open Tin
I tried the Three Seed Spelt Open Tin and the Potato and Rosemary Sourdough during a 2 for £5 offer. The Three Seed Spelt was smaller than expected. It was okay however, I enjoyed it more toasted as it brought out the flavour of the seeds more.
