great value for cooking
ok you wouldn't use this in a salad - for that you do need real buffalo mozzarella, but this is great for cooking with and the perfect size for adding to a homemade pizza

Perfect for pizza
I dont understand why so many negative review. This is a must for pizza or toasted sandwiches. Plain but so mozzarella should be unless you choose buffalo one.

Good for pizza
Not the tastiest mozzarella but it's ok to use it for pizza. For salads, buffalo mozzarella is a must.
