Great texture and flavour

Definitely better than other brands. The texture and flavour are far superior.

mistake

Tastes like damp cardboard - I guess you really have to like whole wheat to enjoy this one. I am not there yet.

Store cupboard pasta

Love this pasta. A regular in my store cupboard stays nicely al dente and wholewheat element not noticeable but you feel you're getting a bit of extra goodness into family meal. Great with broccoli and anchovy sauce, tuna with red pepper sauce or in any pasta bake
