This is really nice gluten free bread. Its worth spending the extra on this loaf.

Best gluten-free bread I've had but oh so fragile!
This is indeed good tasting gluten-free bread. It has given me back to ability to have toast and sandwiches, previously restricted due to a gluten intolerance. It is perhaps a little doughy in the mouth at times but mostly tasty and good. One thing that frustrates me is it's fragility. Rarely do I end up a loaf that doesn't have at least a few slices missing the top crust. And forget about trying to spread anything on it that isn't ultra soft - it just disintegrates. I made the mistake of putting a loaf in a side satchel once - not from ocado obviously! - to get home on the bus with. When I got home it was almost literally a bag of breadcrumbs. Unusable. I'm sure the science of wheat-free bread making will say crumbliness is inevitable. But still frustrating.

you wouldn't be able to tell this was gluten free bread, tastes just like the 'real thing'.

best gluten free bread around
This is by far the best gluten free bread around. I have tried them all. Including in the USA and Canada. Nothing beats this, but only the seeded one, not the brown or white. I also freeze this and it toasts well and defrosts to bread for sandwiches well. My husband eats this bread although he has no gluten intolerance. It's just easier that way.
