Gia® Garlic is produced to a unique formula based on an authentic Italian recipe. Careful handling retains the full fragrance and unique taste of garlic. One half inch of paste from this tube is equal to 1 clove of natural garlic (the entire contents equal 1 kilo).

Very handy
Very handy, mess-free garlic. Keeps for ages in the fridge. I used to use the jars of chopped garlic in vinegar, but this keeps better and also tastes better.

Makes my life easier
I hate peeling garlic, but this garlic paste makes my life so much easier. Gives a lovely flavour to the food.
