Prepare & Use

Oven Cook:

Electric (200ºC): 50 mins
Fan (180ºC): 50 mins
Gas (gas mark 6): 50 mins

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film, place foil tray with chicken on a baking tray. Place baking tray on middle oven shelf. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Serve with piping hot.

Barbecue:

Take extra care when barbecuing. Oven bake first and barbecue to finish.

Lovely on a BBQ!

I bought this to BBQ at the weekend, and as per the instructions, I oven cooked first then finished off on the BBQ. It was fabulous! The skin crisped up nicely and the flavour was gorgeous. I was a bit worried how spicy it would be with the chillies especially as I could see the seeds but it was fine. I received lots of complements and wish I could've taken full credit!
