Prepare & Use
Oven Cook
Electric (190ºC): 18-20 mins
Fan (170ºC): 18-20 mins
Gas (gas mark 5): 18-20 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place the skewers on a baking sheet and cook in the centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Barbecue
Take extra care when barbecuing.
Bake in the oven first and place immediately on the barbecue for 5 minutes to finish off.

Handy, tasty
I use these for when Im not sure what to cook - either with a salad and/or rice or with other tapas-like bits and bobs for an impromptu gathering. Very handy, always in my basket now and never hanging around,

Delicious
These are absolutely delicious and cook up really easily, either on a bbq or in a griddle pan. I buy these whenever on special offer and keep them in the freezer until needed for a quick, easy tea.
