excellent quality pasta
this is one of the finest pasta products. It is cut using bronze dies, which leave a 'rough' - 'uneven' surface allowing the sauce to hold better. I can justify the difference in price compared to other brands. However, I wish I could find it on Ocado's seasonal offer listing more often!

The Best
Be warned - once you've tried this brand of pasta, you will not be able to buy any other. It's a little bit more expensive than most, and it's not that widely available, so you'll have to pay more and shop carefully for the rest of your life. It'll be worth it, though, because you'll be eating the best factory-made pasta known to humankind. Other brands are thin and flimsy by comparison. You can't go back.
