Not good for pizza bases!

Made as per instructions but horrible consistency before baking and very dry tasting when baked. Have tried many different bases, base mixes and homemade and unfortunately, for us, this has been the worst.

Can't believe it's gluten free!

Makes the best pizza crust I've ever had. My husband was amazed it was gluten free. It's better than DS pre-made pizzas and Dominos new GF offering. But it does make a very thin and crispy crust. So not sure how it would work for deep dish.

really yummy

I used this mix to make my first ever batch of bread and I'm very impressed. A piece of cake with a bread maker and much nicer than bought GF bread. Will definitely be making my own from now on

Best and Cheapest Gluten Free Bread for Breadmaker

Excellent basic bread that tastes very good. Try using milk instead of water. Lactose free, soya and ordinary skimmed, semi and whole milk all work well and don't forget to warm it for a minute. Also make sure eggs are at room temperature. I also add walnuts and just recently tried adding the Love Life Mixed Seeds - delicious. Bliss when first cooked and hot or warm, since it does taste like ordinary fresh bread. You may find you eat rather more of it than you had planned at this stage! Gluten free bread always appears to be dry or stale after the first day but this is normal and fine when toasted. Panasonic gluten free breadmaker is the best in my opinion.
