Cooking Instructions - General
Ouch! My pot can get a bit wobbly when it's hot, so stand me on a microwaveable plate when you're reheating and stirring and mind your fingers when you pick me up.
Make sure I'm nice and hot before serving.
Microwave - From Frozen
Defrost me fully and:
Cat E (850w) 5 mins.
Take off my lid, rest it back on top and stand me on a microwaveable plate. Cook at full power for 5 mins and stir halfway through and at the end.
Stand for 1 min.
Microwave - From Chilled
Cat E (850w) 5 mins.
Take off my lid, rest it back on top and stand me on a microwaveable plate. Cook at full power for 5 mins and stir halfway through and at the end.
Stand for 1 min.
Hob - From Chilled
Pour me into a saucepan then heat at medium temperature for 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 mins, stirring frequently. Letting me boil will spoil my Glorious! flavours, so don't overdo it.

Satisfying and delicious

The oriental spiced tomato is my favourite so far. Creamy, full flavoured with a hint of coconut and a satisfying texture from the rice.

Full of flavour and low calorie.

I bought this half heartedly, for my post Christmas diet. I'm so glad I did, it's fabulous! Extremely tasty and full flavoured. Nice consistency, not thin like lots of low calorie soups. I've ordered more and have my fingers crossed for it staying in permanent production.
