Gristle put us off

Very nice tasting but had bits of gristle throughout and that really put us off. Maybe we were just unlucky?! Had better for a lot less.

Preservative free - naturally tasty.

Really tasty and keeps well. We eat it chopped up in paella, or after a meal along with cheese, sliced red onions, bread and salad. I only buy this chorizio now because as well as tasting good, it is additive-free - would be good if there were more preservative-free meats on offer.

good all round

i normally use chorizo's in bean stews, fried to flavour cous cous or quinoa, this list of how i use this is growing, i have stopped buying the chorizo from other supermarkets, as i have noticed quite a few are getting a odd plasticy flavour and a rubbery texture when cooked, and thought i would give this one a try. it does not pack as much flavour as the higher priced chorizo, but this sausage is good both cooked an cold, and for its price it is value for money

Outstanding

I used to live in Spain and have never found that chorizo bought in the UK is quite up to the mark, until I tried this. It's absolutely lovely eaten as it is or used in recipes. It has a bit more of a kick than a lot of others.
