Other Information
World Land Trust™
Helps us save the Borneo Orang-utans.
The world population of orang-utans has halved in recent decades and now man's closest relative is under threat of extinction. This is mainly down to global demand for palm oil which is causing devastating deforestation as tropical forests are cleared to make way for oil palm plantations in which orang-utan's cannot survive.
Goodlife together with the World Land Trust are raising funds to buy up land before it is destroyed, and where forest has already been lost native fruit trees will be planted to provide additional habitat and food for orang-utans. The land purchased will act as a 'wildlife corridor' linking existing nature reserves which means that wildlife can move safely between larger areas and don't get marooned on 'forest islands'. Goodlife are donating 1p from each pack towards this special appeal. Follow our progress on our website: www.goodlife.co.uk.

Awful Flavour - And Not like a sausage at all
Really cannot understand how this is for sale. Its basically mashed potato with a VERY strong taste of Leeks. I ate one and have thrown the rest of the packet away. I'm not a fussy person, and will always eat something that I don't like so as not to be wasteful but this I found inedible. Truly a waste of my money.

Disgusting
Cooked as directed and ended up with flat patties of tasteless mush. So bad I threw the rest of the packet away.

Reformulated gluten-free / safe for Coeliacs
At time of writing Goodlife have recently reformulated several of their products to be gluten-free but the production information presented here does not yet reflect that. My last two purchases of these Glamorgan Sausages have definitely been of the gluten-free variety. Of course verify for yourself before consuming if you are also Coeliac! The sausages themselves do not behave like sausages, but are blessedly free of any undesirable ingredients ingredients, extremely quick & easy to prepare and tasty enough to eat alone. For these reasons, 5 stars.

delicious but not a sausage
Very tasty and i would buy it again, but i was disappointed that it did not hold the sausage shape at all. It looked sturdy but soft when i turned it over half way through cooking, but at full time it had collapsed and was squashed. It hadn't leaked at all, but it is misleading to think of it as a sausage really. As someone else said, it's more of a croquette..but i will try what another reviewer suggested which is to slice it into about 5 pieces half way through and let them get crispy.

Yummy for those on an exclusion diet!
They're oniony, they're leeky, they're easy to cook. The resemblance to a sausage ends at the shape, I'm afraid. But if, like me you are on an exclusion diet (and likely to be for some time), they are a welcome addition to the ready-made food in the freezer, for when there simply isn't the time to cook from scratch, (especially true when you have little children). If you want a real sausage, but need it gluten, dairy, and meat free, I doubt there exists a product.
